Del terminal aéreo a las terminales de crucero hay unas 9 millas (14 km), entre 20 y 30 minutos de manejo. La ruta habitual sale del aeropuerto por la SR-112, baja por la I-95 y entra a la I-395 hasta el puente de Port Boulevard, que desemboca directamente frente a las terminales A a J. Cuando la I-95 está detenida, el chofer usa la SR-836 (Dolphin Expressway) hacia el este y llega por Biscayne Boulevard.
